Deputy Commissioner Lamin Jaiteh has been appointed as the new Acting Police Chief of Operations, LamToro News was reliably informed.
Deputy Commissioner Jaiteh replaces Commissioner Ansumana Kinteh who was redeployed as Commissioner of Human Rights and Professional Standard Unit.
Jaiteh had served as head of the Community Policing Unit for sometime before his redeployment as acting Police Chief of Operations.
