The Malick Jallow Foundation for Children (MJFC) on Sunday, 24th December 2023 donated a trophy and a cash amount of money to the Kartong Sports Committtee for their Junior League‘s Championship final slated for Tuesday, 26th December 2023 in Kartong.
It could be recalled that the Kartong Sports Committee named this year‘s Junior League Championship after the MJFC.
The presentation was made by Lawyer Malick H.B Jallow, Founder and President of MJFC to the Committee members at his office in Banjul.
The Kartong Sports Committee was represented by its President Saikou Jammeh, Vice President Famara Jatta and Coummunications Officer Ousman E. Camara.
The MJFC is grateful to its donors whose support has been vital in this and all other charitable initiatives that the foundation undertakes.
The MJFC recognises the fundamental role that sports and football in particular plays in enhancing and promoting youth participation in the socio-economic advancement of the community and the country at large.
The beneficiaries on the other hand, also appreciated the gesture and thank the MJFC for supporting young people and encouraging youth participation in national development.
