Justice Isatou Jallow Sey of the Bundung High Court today presided over the appeal of the Plaintiff in the case against Abdoulie Ndow widely known as Pape Ndow.
Pape Ndow was earlier standing trial for allegedly scamming the Plaintiff with over 2.5 million dalasis, being monies given to him in various installments to buy household items, Mobile phone shop , Fashion Shop and other items for the complainant.
He was discharged last year at the Kanifing Magistrate’s Court but the Plaintiff appealed against the judgement.
When the case was called today, Pape Ndow appeared together with his lawyer Frederick Forster whilst the Plaintiff was represented by Lawyer Mariama Koita.
The case was adjourned to 17th February 2025 for hearing.
