As part of events marking his maiden Europe tour, Mr Saul Frazer, CEO of Global Properties visited Germany on Tuesday, 30th July 2024, where he held meetings with Gambians in (Winnenden) Stuttgart and Bremen. The tour will avail Gambians, customers of Global Properties and as well as would-be customers to have a direct interface with the renowned real estate business mogul.

In Stuttgart, Mr Frazer and team made a power-point presentation to showcase some of the latest real estate projects embarked upon by his company, among others. The team visited Sweden earlier, where they held meetings with Gambians for the same purpose.

Speaking in an exclsuive interview with LamToro News in Winnenden, (Stuttgart) Germany, Mr Frazer expressed delight at his meetings with Gambians across Europe.

He said the purpose of the tour is to meet Global Properties customers based in the diaspora, to thank them for being part of the team since its inception 17 years ago and to encourage others to own a property in The Gambia, Senegal or Ghana through Global Properties by investing with the company or buying a property.

The Gambia’s real estate mogul added that the reasons for the tour are; to reconnect with their customers in the Diaspora, connect with new clients, showcase what they offer to their clients, listen to their concerns and provide solutions to the concerns raised.

“Global Properties’ objective is to serve and satisfy our customers. Also we want to connect with people in the Diaspora and wherever they are. We are ever ready to help our customers to have properties and affordable homes anywhere in The Gambia from Banjul to Basse,” he stated.

Talking about expansion, Mr Frazer said Global Properties is present in The Gambia, Senegal and Ghana, adding that there are plans to expand to other countries but their main ojective for now is to improve more on the huge tasks they have in The Gambia.

Mr. Frazer called on real estate owners in The Gambia to come together and work together to satisfy their customers and implore on the government to regulate the industry.

He stated that the Association of Real Estate Companies in The Gambia (ARECG), headed by Global Properties General Manager Musa Janko Ceesay in order to safeguard the real estate industry and promote its good image.

He thanked Gambians for taking time to join them in all the countries they visited so far to listen to what Global Properties can offer them to have a house or appartment in The Gambia. The Global Properties Europe tour continues on 2nd August in Oslo, Norway.
