SENEGAL- 2nd April 2024:
Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye was installed in his new role as President of the Republic of Senegal on Tuesday 2nd April, when he received the key to the Palace following a handover of power from his predecessor Macky Sall.
Several Heads of State from West Africa including President Adama Barrow of The Gambia graced the occasion.
