The remaining Senegalese combatants of the Second World War have returned from France. The war veterans were on Friday received by President Macky Sall at the Presidential Palace in Dakar. He also decorated the veterans in the presence of military and service chiefs, diplomats, and cabinet ministers.
The veterans also had an audience with President Emmanuel Macron of France before leaving for their home country Senegal.
