The trial of Abdoulie Ndow known as Pap Ndow is expected to continue on Tuesday, 18th April 2023 at the Kanifing Magistrate’s Court before presiding magistrate Mben Faal.
Readers would recall that the accused Pap Ndow is being charged with obtaining money by false pretense and with intent to defraud, contrary to the Laws of The Gambia.
The victim has claimed that the accused has defrauded her with over D2M, the money she had planned to use for the purchase of building materials and household items for her new house.
