The former New Jeshawang Councillor Momodou Lamin Badjie has apologized to Lawyer Amie Bensouda, mother of the KMC Mayor Talib Bensouda over allegations made against her. The apology came following Lawyer Bensouda’s threats to file a D100M defamation lawsuit against former Councillor Badjie if he doesn’t apologize publicly within ten days.
Momodou Lamin Badjie previously made comments at a press conference recently in his capacity as secretary general of the former KMC Councillors association in which he defamed Mrs Amie Bensouda.
