The death of the former Interior minister Hon. Ebrima Mballow has been announced. Mr. Ballow was Consul General at the Gambia’s Embassy in Saudi Arabia.
He served as Interior Minister of The Gambia from January 2018 to August 2019.
The president of the Republic HE Adama Barrow posted the sad news on his Facebook page.
He said: “ Fellow Gambians, I just received the sad news of the demise of my Consul General in Jeddah Mr. Ebrima Mballow.
I pray that Allah the Almighty grant him Jannatul Firdaus and give his family the fortitude to bear this loss. Ameen!.“
