The trial of Abdoulie Ndow widely known as Pap Ndow, has been rescheduled to Monday, 21st November, before Magistrate Mben Faal of the Kanifing Magistrate‘s Court, LTN has learnt.

The case is expected next week for the continuation of prosecution witness testimonies.

The accused Pap Ndow is being charged with obtaining money by false pretense and with intent to defraud, contrary to the Laws of The Gambia.

The victim has claimed that the accused has defrauded her with over D2M, the money she had planned to use for the purchase of her building materials and household items for her new house.

The accused Pap Ndow is now represented by Lawyer Forster.
