The trial of Abdoulie Ndow widely known as Pap Ndow, on Tuesday, 18th of October resumed before Magistrate Mben Faal of the Kanifing Magistrate‘s Court.
However, the trial could not proceed due to some unforeseen circumstances.
LTN gathered information that the trial was then adjourned to 26th October 2022 for continuation.
The accused Pap Ndow is being charged with obtaining money by false pretense and with intent to defraud, contrary to the Laws of The Gambia.
The victim has claimed that the accused has defrauded her with over D2M, the money she had planned to use for the purchase of her building materials and household items for her new house.
